The first time you log in to PlainsCapital Online Banking on or after Monday, Feb. 17, please enter your Username, leave the Password field blank, check the "First Time Login" box, and click LOG IN.
Personal banking customers: Continue to use the same Username you used in the past to log in to former FNB Web Banking.
Cash Management token users: Continue to use the same Username that you have used in the past to log in to former FNB Web Banking. You will no longer need a token to log in; your token will only be used to authorize certain transactions.
Cash Management dual login users: Your new Username will be your current Web Banking Username and Cash Management Portal Username combined.
For example: If Web Banking = JSMITH and Cash Management Portal = TEXAS2014, then your new username = JSMITHTEXAS2014. You will no longer need to complete a dual login process.
After you log in, you will be prompted to receive a Secure Access Code and then to create your new password and user profile.
